The company was founded in 1987.
Mar Plastics Ltd deals with the pressing of plastic details for third parties using plastic materials such as ABS, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon and other materials.
Such details are meant to be employed in various areas like in automotive, motorcycling, ecology, electronics, electrics and for household appliances and house-furnishings.
The 5,000-sq.m. plant employs an average of 90 people and has robotic molding presses with a capacity of 6 to 1,600 ton.

The dies may be supplied by the client or made by Mar Plastics thanks to its staff of technicians who specialise in design and CAD CAM model-making.
Constant control is carried out during processing and on the quality by the staff of technicians and by means of plentiful instrumentation in the metrology room.
